Colin is the lead partner in Baringa’s Banking practice – which works across Retail, Corporate and Wealth sectors. The Banking practice works with all of the major UK banks, as well as many of the top European and global banks. We also work with many of the challenger banks, Fintechs, and industry level Payments organisations. Our work ranges from Innovation and Digital transformation through to major organisational and regulatory change.
Colin’s work with clients over recent years has included a wide range of topics, including Open Banking compliance and innovation, GDPR, end-to-end mortgage transformation, operational excellence leveraging robotics and artificial intelligence, digital banking and payments including introducing Apple Pay to UK, customer on-boarding, KYC and AML, merger integration and target operating model design. These programmes have delivered significant outcomes across customer experience, cost management and management of risk and control.
Colin is a qualified Chartered Accountant, and holds a Diploma in Advanced Strategy from Said Business School, Oxford University. He also holds a Diploma in Wine from the Wine and Spirits Education Trust.
